Born and raised in a hard-working, blue-collar family in Chicago Ridge, Wayne graduated from Michigan State University. He began his financial services career at CIBC in Chicago with a stop at Smith Barney. Wayne quickly realized that the large corporate firm was not for him feeling that Wall Street and the banking industry have no concern or compassion for the working-class person but rather the profits.
Wayne made it his personal goal to establish his own firm so that he could provide ‘real world’ individual and customized financial direction to his clients. He wanted his clients to have consistency and the same contact person every time they called in with a question or concern. You are not another caller on an 800 number.
Wayne always says, “No one should have to call an 800 number only to be transferred and redirected, all while wasting their important and precious time”.
Wayne is passionate about making sure his clients feel like a person and not just an account number. At Casey Wealth, we believe that your time is just as important as ours!

Thus, his experiences in corporate America led to the beginning of Casey Wealth Management, LLC.
Bob Kristof
Vice President
Ever since he was a child and his parents handed him a pile of coins and said, “count them,” Bob loved handling and managing money as a young child. This early interest propelled him to an undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, with a dual major in finance and operations management.
After graduation, Bob held various operations positions as purchaser and accountant, honing his financial and analytical skills with several companies. He learned to evaluate a company from the inside out – a skill that he uses today to help his clients select investment opportunities that fit their unique goals.
Bob was awarded an MBA with a concentration in accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management in 1999. Bob decided to join a small boutique investment firm and leave the corporate world behind. The perfect opportunity to do so came when he teamed up with Wayne in 2005.
As vice president, Bob encounters challenging ways to grow personally every day and uncovers opportunities that help him consistently meet his and his clients’ personal and financial goals.
